About us
The Saint Thomas More Collegiate Foundation is a society incorporated under the Society Act of British Columbia on June 20, 2003.
The Foundation's Charitable Registration Number: 88361-4406-RR0001
In the constitution of the foundation, the stated purpose of the foundation is to receive gifts, bequests, trusts, funds, and property for the purpose of disbursing or loaning funds or property to Saint Thomas More Collegiate Ltd., for so long as it continues to be a registered charity operating a Catholic educational institution. In the event the foundation ever ceases to exist, all property shall be distributed to Saint Thomas More Collegiate Ltd., or its successor provided it is then operating as a Catholic educational institution.
The membership in the Foundation includes the Roman Catholic Archbishop of Vancouver.
